A 70% dark, vegan and gluten-free chocolate with organic, and high-quality cocoa and organic and Fair Trade sugar – nothing else. The beans come from marginal farmers of Idukki, Kerala, and are crafted into bars in really small batches at controlled temperatures to not lose the original fruity notes of the roasted cocoa.
The box is indigo blue. The idea behind the box is we want to use dyes that are traditionally used in Indian ethnic wear. The other flavors of the chocolate will also be in boxes designed along the same lines. (Country of origin: India)
