Description

Meishi takes you on a journey through the Orient by bringing you authentic ingredients for use in your traditional recipes. Experience a new range of products with Meishi. Bring authentic Asian flavor to just about any meal from any culture. Yakisoba Sauce is a dark Japanese tasty street food sauce, filled with vegetables and fruit flavors. The base of this product is a sauce characterized by the delicious flavour of simmered aromatic vegetables and a spicy, mellow fragrance with a homemade taste, creating tasty, flavoursome yakisoba. The sauce contains a lot of natural ingredients such as vegetables, spices, vinegar, water, sugar, tomato and so on. Yakisoba sauce is a sweet, savory, and tangy mix of sugar, tomato paste, salt, onion, vinegar and other seasonings. Eating with vegetables, seasoning meat dishes, using instead of oil spreads the range of cooking. It is excellent for stir-fry noodles such as yakisoba, egg noodle, rice noodle, soba, udon, spaghetti, fried rice and stir-fry chicken, beef, seafood, or vegetables. Ready to use. Meishi yakisoba sauce contains no preservatives. You can pair it with other Japanese recipes like takoyaki (golden fried octopus balls), or okonomiyaki (‘as you like it’ savoury pancakes). Or you can pair it with anything that needs a little help from Asian inspired salty ‘n sweet flavour profiles. Try it as a dressing on meats like steak, pork or chicken, slather it over oysters, or toss it around with your own stir-fry creations because this sauce tastes great with everything. Of course you can even add it to omu-soba (omelette wrapped around yakisoba) or yakisoba-pan (yakisoba served in a fresh bread roll). This Sauce is especially for “yakisoba”(Japanese stir-fried noodle.)

Step for cooking Yakisoba:

  1. stir-fry vegetables and meat and put aside.
  2. stir-fry the noodle and add cooked vegetables and meat.
  3. add Yakisoba Sauce at last.
