Potato gnocchi is made with the finest potatoes using true Italian methods. The kneading is done while the dough is still hot, resulting in soft buttery gnocchi. Created mainly with potatoes and a small addition of wheat flour and salt, this vegan potato gnocchi is dense with a soft texture and pale yellow color. It generally becomes lighter after cooking and has a tendency to absorb sauces and flavors. Perfect with sauteed vegetables, fresh herbs, and a light, flavourful sauce.
