Thai Gluten Free Red Curry Paste



Gluten Free Red curry paste is made by pounding together dried red chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallot and galangal. Its texture is thick, rich in flavour with a hint of spiciness. Fried and combined with coconut cream, duck and a few vegetables, red curry paste will give you a spicy mouthwatering Thai red curry. Red curry paste is also used for many others recipes such as “Tod Man Pla”, the famous Thai fish cake.
