This Natural French Almond oil has a smooth buttery flavor and a clean roasted almond taste. It is
excellent for backing and for drizzling over sautéed vegetables roasted fish or chicken, cream soups and to make light salad dressings.
To best enjoy its delicate flavor, Almond Oil should be treated as more of a finishing oil, added just before the meal is served. Almond Oil is widely used in baking, to add nutty, toasty flavor to cakes, cookies, muffins, or cinnamon buns.

Fournier (France)

Domaine Fournier is the legacy of several generations of winegrowers and one of the most highly awarded estates in the Loire region. They dedicated themselves to understanding their soils, vines, and environment; and cultivating their land in a way to present the intrinsic terroir variations and thus create world-class Sauvignon-Blanc and Pinot Noir wines. Over the years they have grown the Fournier Estate from their father’s 13 acres to 222 acres in Sancerre,
Pouilly Fume and Menetou Salon. The Sancerre vineyards, set in the beautiful Loire Valley, include top sites in the villages of Verdigny, Sancerre, Bue, and Maimbray, which enables them to produce wines of sophistication and complexity. They are able to control every detail of the process from planting the vines all the way through to bottling and use only the very best selections for their wines. Always attracting plaudits and winning medals, the family is rightly very proud of their success. Domaine Fournier Père et Fils is a benchmark for Sancerre and the fanciful F on the label has come to signify finesse, quality, and elegance.

L’Esprit de Bacchus Bordeaux (France)

François Seignouret was a celebrated French artist who emigrated to the United States in the early 1800s. In 1830 he decided to share his love of fine living and introduced wines from Bordeaux to the United States. Over the next few decades, he brought in exceptional wines such as those from Châteaux Margaux, Lafite, Latour, and Haut-Brion. He was one of the earliest proponents of French wine in the USA. He eventually went back to France to set up his own winery. In the L’Esprit de Bacchus de Bordeaux, we can experience this little tour of history – combining the artistry of Bordeaux with the adventurous spirit of a successful immigrant businessman! Nearly two centuries after its creation by François Seignouret, the house brings together the same strengths: the power and vision of a merchant open to the world and intimate knowledge of the world of great wines.

Located in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône, the Vignerons de l’Enclave offers a wide range of the Rhône Valley, in line with the expectations of the most discerning consumers. With vineyards nestled at the foot of the razor-edged
Dentilles de Montmarail, the Vignerons de l’Enclave hold the northernmost vineyards in the Vaucluse, and at relatively high elevations. The climate is typical of Provence – sunny warm days, cool nights, and the influence of the Mistral- the cool northwesterly wind that blows through the Rhone and Provence. Working largely with Grenache and Syrah, the Vignerons produce a range of wines from both the Enclave (Cotes du Rhone and CdR Villages) and from other appellations nearby (Gigondas, Chateauneuf, and others).
