The Original Recipe is generally packaged in Shortbread House's distinctive dark blue tins and boxes, decorated with gold thistles, Scotland's national floral emblem.

Shortbread House's Stem Ginger shortbread is a favourite with so many of our customers. Tasty pieces of the best Australian stem ginger are interspersed in the shortbread, as well as ground ginger, giving an overall delicate ginger flavour throughout.
