The coffee is processed using the unique “Pulped Natural” method whereby the coffee beans are sun-dried in their sticky, sugary mucilage lending the coffee extra sweetness and depth of flavour. It has a toasty, chocolatey aroma and flavour with a luscious, velvety body.

This classic, fully washed coffee shows all the hallmarks of a fine Kenyan. This selected lot from 2010, with aromatic notes of blackcurrant and citrus zest, has surprisingly good body, crisp acidity and a characteristic grapefruit flavour. Very clean and sweet and best enjoyed black.
