Overview

The MEISHI Vietnamese noodles are Wheat flour noodles, thin and yellow. Think of these as Chinese lo mein. They’re yellow noodles, and used in stir-fries such as the delicious mì xào h?i s?n, fried noodles with squid and shrimp, and mì xào bò, the same but with meat. Substitute these for lo mein, chow mein, or any other spaghetti-sized noodle. Country of origin: Malaysia.
