Rodolfi Mansueto S.p.A., with its over 110 years of experience, is one of the oldest Italian industries which produces chopped and crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sauces, passata and tomato powder out of red, fresh, sound and natural tomatoes.

The bright red tomato paste, the passata, the fine crushed and chopped tomatoes, the light seasoning and delicious sauces are our specialities since 1896. The unique taste which conquers and distinguish us from our competitors is one of the typical attributes of our products.

THE BRAND ORTOLINA

The brand name “ORTOLINA” derives from the first ready sauce in tubes, which is present not only in Italian kitchens, but also abroad since 1936.

Only the best Italian tomatoes, selected and picked up at the right point of maturation, transformed under the highest qualitative standards, become products of the brand Ortolina.

The original flavour and authenticity of the tradition of the brand Ortolina keeps being enriched by new products for a modern kitchen rich of flavours.

The assortment of the brand Ortolina includes different kinds of products: Finely chopped or crushed tomatoes, classical passata, traditional and organic passata, the delicate taste of chopped tomatoes with basil and the classic tomato paste, all made to give more taste to every tomato based recipe.

THE BRAND ALPINO

The best Italian tomatoes, picked up at the right point of ripening, selected and processed by the end of the day, are the base of the brand ALPINO.

The products of the brand ALPINO vary from our chopped tomatoes excellent for the kitchen of main courses, our finely chopped tomatoes perfect for pizza, pulped tomatoes dense and creamy, to our tomato paste rich and savoury to prepare sauces.

We are using moreover the innovative aseptic system of the Bag in Box, which conserves all the fragrances of the fresh tomato offering the comforts of a modern packaging.

Since 1911 our brand ARDITA stands for red, sound and natural tomatoes. The tomatoes picked up at the right point of ripening, are transformed at the maximum of the hygienic and qualitative standards.

Thanks to our over 100 years of experience and uninterrupted research, we own cutting-edge technologies and specialized knowledge.

Our products preserve all the genuine freshness, the fragrance and the right balance of the natural components of the tomato.  Ardita Food service is a product-line of tomato, studied especially for pizza-restaurants and public catering.
