This line of premium pasta is packed carefully in fine, gourmet store packaging. This pasta is produced using superior durum wheat (14.5% protein), bronze dies, and is dried slowly over a period of time in the slow traditional process ( hence lenta – slow). What is more, the price points are exciting and the shapes we offer are eggless, so fit to serve the vegetarian.
