Organic Kalamata Olives

Processed and packed especially for dolce vita (by Parthenon), these Organic Kalamata olives are selected from the finest produce of the sun kissed olive groves in South Greece. They are naturally tree ripened and cured in traditional Greek style using extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and light sea salt.

Purplish in colour, firm in texture and rich in flavour, these unique almond shaped organic olives make a perfect snack, add marvellous zest to any salad, are wonderful hor d’oeuvres and a delicious addition to sauces.

The organic olives are available only in retail packs. For Bulk use we offer the PARTHENON barrels – 13kg drained weight for WHOLE ( with seed) and 2Kg drained weight for PITTED ( without seed). The 2kg barrel is rather cute and handy.
