Creamy Polenta

Ingredient

  • 200 gm Polenta (bonomelli-italy)
  • 25 ml Pure olive oil (dolce vita)
  • 400-450 ml milk
  • 2 table spoon mix of Italian Spices & herbs (special touch grinder Italia)
  • 30 gm onion (minced)
  • 15 gm chillies (minced)
  • 15 gm garlic (minced)
  • 10 gm parsley (minced)
  • Salt

Recipe

In a non-stick pan add few drops of pure olive oil and sauté the minced onion, garlic and chillies. Now add polenta and at a same time add Italia spices-herbs and keep on stirring for next 2 minutes.

Now pour hot milk in it and do the seasoning using salt and fresh minced parsley. Keep on stirring to avoid any lump formation.

Serve it hot with a sip of Drinking chocolate (danesi)
