Amedei pralines are hand-made and hand-decorated, the result of recipes perfected over long experience. We use pure cocoa butter and natural vanilla and never add soy lecithin.

Our Cru chocolates come from individual plantations: Venezuela and Madagascar provide a "Trinitario" chocolate whose genetic makeup includes more than 85% "criollo" chocolate, the ancient cultivar known to the Maya. Trinidad, Ecuador, Jamaica, and Grenada also furnish high-quality "Trinitario" chocolate, selected and produced exclusively by Amedei.
